The unallocated precious metals of the Seller can be firmly reserved by the Buyer online by paying online a purchase commission with his valid credit card. The lot the Buyer reserved online becomes definitively bought only if the balance due is paid by the Buyer by bank transfer within 5 working days after the day of the online reservation. The paying of the purchase commission by the Buyer indicates the definite acceptance by the Buyer of the Conditions of Purchase set forth below. Read them carefully before buying precious metals.

Conditions of Purchase

The Buyer agrees herewith irrevocably that after paying online a purchase commission with a valid credit card, to pay the balance of his purchase of the precious metals due within 48 hours by the bank transfer from the Buyer`s bank to credited to the Seller account not later than 10 working days after paying the purchase commission online.

The Buyer agrees herewith that if the balance of the payment of the Buyer`s purchase of the precious metals is not credited to Seller`s bank account within 5 working days after the Buyer pays a purchase commission online, the sum of the purchase commission is not refundable; and the Buyer`s purchase of the precious metals is cancelled. The banking data of the Seller for the transfer of the balance to be paid by the Buyer for his purchase by the bank of the Buyer are automatically sent to the Buyer by e-mail after the online payment of the purchase commission.

 

The Buyer purchases the above listed precious metals in unallocated special insured storages in Montreal, Sydney, London and Zurich. The Buyer has the right to ask for the allocated storage (2%-4% annual charge) or the physical delivery of purchased precious metals at his expense to addresses in countries served by DHL, FedEx for this class of insured mail. The Buyer carries complete responsibility for all subsequent customs procedures. The Seller has the right to decline the delivery requested, if DHL or FedEx will not accept the order to deliver to the address given by the Buyer.

Nevertheless, the Buyer has the right to sell back to the Seller a part or all of the precious metals bought from the Seller on the day of the open markets of the precious metals of LBE, COMEX and NYSE for the amount calculated as follows: the quoted price of the precious metals at the time of the resale to the Seller (+15 min) multiplied by the quantities of the precious metals.

The Seller reserves the right to decline unilaterally and without any further justification the sale of the precious metals to the Buyer who paid online the purchase commission. The Seller refunds free of charge the sums paid by the Buyer online. The sale of the larger quantities of the precious metals to the Buyer is possible only after the execution of the purchase as set forth above. Nevertheless, the Seller reserves unilaterally and without any further justification the right to decline further sales of the precious metals to the Buyer who paid online the purchase commission and the balance. The Seller refunds the Buyer within 10 working days free of charge the sums paid online and the balance transferred by the bank of the Buyer minus $50 of the transfer expences .
